Riverview Inn & Suites, Ascend Hotel Collection
This is our main hotel for the weekend. This is where we have a room block with discount code and this is the ONLY hotel where the bus that we have hired to get guests to and from the wedding will be operating from.
If you call in directly to reserve your room, be sure to give the block code of CQ11B9 or mention that you are with the Setchell-Noah Wedding Block.
Hampton Inn by Hilton Rockford
This hotel is located by the Hard Rock Casino and is about a 20 minute drive from the venue. There is not currently transportation provided to or from the venue from this hotel, so you'll need to make your own transportation accommodations to the wedding if staying here.
If you plan to drive yourself to the wedding please check the parking info section of this page, as the parking lot for the venue is not located directly next to the venue.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Rockford Riverfront
This hotel is located only a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the venue. Unfortunately, there is no room block with this hotel.
There is not currently transportation provided to or from the venue from this hotel, so you'll need to make your own transportation accommodations to the wedding if staying here.

There are several other hotels out by the Hard Rock Casino (about a 20 minute drive from venue). We do not have a room block with any of them and our bus will not be able to go there to pick up/drop off for the wedding. If you choose to stay at one of those hotels please keep that in mind.
If you stay at a hotel other than the Riverview, you may want to Uber/Lyft to the venue. If you choose to drive yourself, please see the parking information section as the designated parking lot is not right next to the venue.
Shuttle Info
We will have buses come to Riverview Inn & Suites to pick guests up and bring them to the venue.
The bus will make two trips, so to be sure everyone gets there on time, we'll need some people to be sure and take the early bus. If you're ready to go, please consider this.

The bus will drop you off right by the venue and if you are on the early bus and have some time to kill before the ceremony starts, you can go right across the street from the venue and grab a drink at Carlyle Brewing Co.

If you need to take yourself to the venue or want to leave earlier than when the bus will come back, please consider Uber or Lyft. Due to the Rockford City Market on Friday nights right next door to our venue, the parking situation can be really tricky.
Parking Info
On Friday nights there is a city festival that happens right next door to our venue so it makes parking really tricky as they shut down streets.
However, we do have a parking lot available to us a couple of blocks away and the address for that is: 215 S. Madison Street (this is about a 4 minute walk from the venue).

Airports
The Rockford O'Hare Airport is about 15 minutes from the wedding.
The Chicago O'Hare Airport is about an hour from the wedding.
The Milwaukee Mitchell Airport is about an hour and 15 minutes from the wedding.
The Chicago Midway Airport is about an hour and a half from the wedding.
Bus from Airports to Rockford
If you decide to fly into Milwaukee Mitchell Airport or Chicago O'Hare Airport, the Van Galder Bus Co. offers daily routes, several times a day to both airports to and from Rockford.
